These terms and conditions shall apply to the AU Moomoo Client Advisory Board ('Moomoo CAB') organised by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd (Moomoo AU). The Client Advisory Board Offer, the 'offer', is valid from 9 November, 2022 at 18:00 to 9 February, 2023 at 18:00 (AEDT), the 'promotion period'.
The offer opens to existing moomoo users who have registered before 26 October, 2022 at 23:00 AEDT, and are over the age of 18.
Complete any of the following actions within the promotion period to receive the corresponding benefits, the 'benefits':
Complete a user survey with moomoo, and receive 5,000 moomoo points redeemable for merchandise and prizes at the moomoo rewards club. You can find your points in your app, under 'Me' > 'Redeem Points' > 'Points Details'. Your moomoo points will be allocated to your moomoo trading account within 30 business days.
Complete a valid user interview with moomoo via online meeting, offline meeting, or phone calls, and you will enter into the draw to win one of the three gift cards valued at $888 each. Your gift card will be sent to you within 30 business days. A valid interview is an interview that lasts for at least 15 minutes.
Eligible CAB members who have been invited into our private Telegram or WeChat group can receive $50 cash on top of the current referral program* by referring a friend, the 'referee', to open a moomoo trading account with moomoo and complete an initial deposit of any amount by using your unique referral link or referral code. There's no limit to the number of referees you can invite.

Moomoo AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits it it believes that the client has engaged in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the offer conditions. In such cases, Moomoo's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
Moomoo AU also reserves the right to reclaim the rewards acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities.
Moomoo AU reserves the right of final interpretation on cash coupons within the scope of relevant laws.
