*Welcome Rewards Terms and Conditions
The Welcome Rewards (the 'Promotion' ) is a trade promotion offered by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as FUTU AU, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 3102.2, Level 31, 200 George Street, Sydney ( 'FUTU AU' or the 'Promotor' ). This Promotion is valid from 30 June 2022 at 20:00 AEST to 7 September 2022 at 19:59 AEST (the 'Promotion Period' ) and is available only to new clients of FUTU AU.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, in addition to the Promotor's Client Services Agreement, Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use and other Terms and Conditions applicable to account holders.
The Promotion is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18 who has not held any previous or existing trading accounts with FUTU AU. Each user or electronic device, regardless of mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of Welcome Rewards. Existing clients who register for additional accounts are not eligible to participate. New clients who register for new accounts outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate.
Complete any of the following actions within the promotion period to receive the corresponding benefits:
1. Open a new FUTU AU trading account to receive 180 days of brokerage-free trading and free level 2 US market data
No 'commission' or 'platform' fees will be charged on trades during the 180 days period. 'Other fees' may still apply depending on the stock traded. Refer to our Financial Services Guidefor more information; and/or
2. Deposit into FUTU AU trading account and FUTU AU will match it with up to $50 in cash coupons Deposit funds into your FUTU AU trading account during the promotion period and for every $100 you deposit, we'll match it with an AU$10 cash coupon (up to AU$50 cash coupons).
Deposit amounts are cumulative and can be made over separate transactions within the promotion period (e.g. Deposit an initial $250 and receive 2 x $10 cash coupons. Deposit a further $250 to receive an additional 3 x $10 cash coupons (i.e. $250 + $250 = $500, earning 5 x $10 cash coupons in total).
Cash coupons will automatically redeemed and appear in your trading account as funds. The bonus will be rewarded to you if your net deposit during the promotion period has meet requirement. Net deposit is calculated by deducting total withdrawal amount during the promotion period from the total deposit amount during the promotion period. For example, if you made a deposit of $100 and claimed your first $10 bonus, but then withdrew $60, your net deposit = $100 - $60 = $40. If you wish to claim the next $10 bonus, you will need to deposit $160 or more. Once bonuses are credited to your FUTU AU trading account, they will not be deducted or removed even if you withdraw your initial deposit.
Cash coupons are prizes offered by FUTU AU, which can be directly exchanged for cash rewards after use. Once earned, the coupons will be automatically redeemed. The cash will then be issued to your FUTU AU trading account within 3 working days. A valid FUTU AU trading account is required for the cash coupons to be redeemed. A coupon can only be used once, and cannot be split. Cash coupons are anonymous and irrecoverable if lost. They cannot be gifted or used repetitively. Once the coupon has been redeemed, it cannot be changed back into a coupon.
FUTU AU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits it believes that the client has engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the offer conditions. In such cases, FUTU AU's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
FUTU AU also reserves the right to reclaim cash coupons acquired via inappropriate means such as exploiting system vulnerabilities.
FUTU AU reserves the right of final interpretation on cash coupons within the scope of relevant laws.

The Promotor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allocate any or all of the above benefits if it believes that the client is ineligible to participate in the Promotion, or that the client is engaging in, has engaged in, attempted or caused to engage in activities in violation of the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, the Promotor's decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
The Promotor may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, without prior notice or assuming any liability to any client(s), subject to state or territory regulations.
