The Welcome Rewards Lucky Draw (the 'Promotion') is a trade promotion lottery offered by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd trading as FUTU AU, ABN 51 095 920 648, AFSL 224663, of Suite 3102.2, Level 31, 200 George Street, Sydney ('FUTU AU' or the 'Promotor'). This Promotion is valid from 16 May 2022 at 18:00 AEST to 30 June 2022 at 19:59 AEST (the 'Promotion Period') and is available only to new clients of FUTU AU.
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein contained, in addition to the Promotor's Client Services Agreement, Privacy Policy, Website Terms of Use and other Terms and Conditions applicable to account holders.
The Promotion is open only to Australian residents over the age of 18 who has not held any previous or existing trading accounts with FUTU AU. Residents of South Australia are not eligible to participate in this Promotion due to local licensing requirements. Each user or electronic device, regardless of mobile or computer, is only entitled to one set of Welcome Rewards. Existing clients who register for additional accounts are not eligible to participate. New clients who register for new accounts outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible to participate.

Complete any of the following actions within the promotion period to receive the corresponding benefits:
Our fees and charges consist of a volume-based brokerage, a volume-based platform fee and other fees and charges charged by third parties, including SEC fees, FINRA Trading Activity Fees and ADR administration fees. For clients who have successfully qualified for this promotion, the volume-based 'Brokerage' will be waived; the volume-based 'Platform' fee will be charged but reimbursed within 15 working days of the following month. Australian shares included in the lottery are: QBE Insurance (ASX: QBE); AGL Energy Ltd (ASX: AGL); Bank of Queensland (ASX: BOQ); Santos Ltd (ASX: STO); and Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST). Clients will be eligible to randomly receive one of the available stocks in the lottery which range from approximately AU$8 to AU$12; and/or
3. Deposit AU$2,000 or more into your FUTU AU trading account and receive 2 free US shares plus free level 2 AU market data for 30 days

The above market prices are indicative only. Prices may fluctuate and as a result the value of the free shares may have changed when they are allocated.
For the above rewards 2 and 3, draw chances are awarded automatically when the relevant conditions outlined above are met, and will expire in 30 calendar days from when they are awarded if not used (by clicking the 'Spin' button on the promotion page within the moomoo App or desktop trading platform). Shares available in this promotion are issued to the client's FUTU AU trading account. They do not expire and will remain on the client's account until sold or transferred.
The shares allocated in this promotion are determined via an algorithm at the time the client uses the draw chance. Clients will be notified of what shares they have won immediately when it is determined by the algorithm. The allocation of shares to their trading account shall take place within the next 5 business days after clients are notified.
Clients who deposit AU$2,000 or more in the first instance will be eligible for both the single free AU share and 2 free US share lotteries.

The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, without prior notice or assuming any liability to any client(s), subject to state or territory regulations.
