(1) The event is only available for the new client who is at least 18 years of age and has an Australian residential address and a valid Australian bank account in his/her own name. Currently, we limit event registration to a limited group of nationalities. Please tap on the drop-down box during the account opening process to see whether your nationality is eligible.This event is only available for securities accounts registered with Futu Securities（Australia) Ltd.
(2) A text message or e-mail containing relevant information about the event will be sent to participants. If you wish to cancel notifications, you can go to "Settings - New Message Notifications - Cancel Notifications" on the moo App.
(3) The rewards and offers in this program are presented by Futu Securities (Australia) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "FUTU AU"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited. In Australia, investment products available on moomoo are offered by FUTU AU which is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission（ASIC）. The moomoo App is a trading platform offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Futu Holdings Limited.

(5) A person shall not have more than one trading account under FUTU AU. Please note that FUTU AU does not allow any person (s) to open a trading account on behalf of another person (i.e. we do not allow non-beneficial owners to open a trading account). This requirement is also presented to you during your account opening process as well as you have already agreed on such content stipulated under the customer declaration. Please refrain from opening a trading account if you are not the non-beneficial owner of the account.
(6) The stocks received through the event or the specific securities mentioned in the information or communications of the event do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold the specific securities. FUTU AU does not provide any investment advice, nor does it recommend any securities or transactions. FUTU AU reserves the right to remove reward entitlements should the customer not fulfill all stipulated conditions of the offer or is suspected of any abnormal behavior such as immediate withdrawal etc.
(7) At its discretion, FUTU AU reserves the right to adjust the terms of the incentive program.
(8) You can only open one trading account with us and are required to agree to all existing terms and conditions in the Client Services Agreement, as well as all the terms and conditions of this event, or any other promotions or events. If your securities account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, e.g. using multiple accounts, FUTU AU may, at its sole discretion, cancel your stock rewards and limit your eligibility to participate in future promotions.
(9) Each device, mobile or desktop, is only entitled to one set of account-opening rewards, deposit rewards, and referral rewards. A user can only be referred once. Using the same moomoo ID, phone number, or device will all be regarded as a single user.
(10) This event is not available for users on the "Futu Event Participation Ban List". If a user repeatedly violates Futu's safety rules, the user will be put on the "Futu Event Participation Ban List".If you need to know more about the list, you can contact the customer service team of futu.
(11) In order to ensure the fairness of the event, the event has limits on daily event rewards, total event rewards, and the total rewards that can be claimed by a single user; if the system detects abnormal participation behaviors (including but not limited to the use mobile device simulators or artificial modification of mobile phone device numbers), the offenders' event eligibility will be terminated.
(12) FUTU AU reserves the right to terminate the incentive program at any time without prior notice. Please take note of relevant event information posted on the moomoo App or website.
(13) Should a user not fulfil all the stipulated conditions of this promotional event, FUTU AU reserves the right to cancel any delivered rewards, including brokerage-free trading for US/AU stocks, gift stocks, Level 2 US market data, and Level 1 AU market data. Fees will then be charged by FUTU AU as per normal standards.
